Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This policy defines how personal data is processed on the website wrongtape.com (the Site) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”. The personal data operator: Логинова Д.И. (the Operator). Contact for personal data matters: support@ruzke.ru.

2. What data is processed

Through the public application form the Site receives the name of the artist or band, links to pages on social networks and messengers, and a link to a music release. The date and time of submission are also recorded automatically.

In the private cabinet, to prepare contract documents, a user may provide full name, date of birth, contact, passport and bank details, address, tax status and the details of a legal representative. The form is stored encrypted; only the label owner can view it. For the optional recognition feature, the selected files and text are sent to the external AI ruzke service only after the user confirms it separately in the form. The result must be checked before it is transferred into the form. The originals selected in this recognition form are not stored in the cabinet storage and are not included in the release promo materials.

3. Purposes of processing

The data is used to review an application to work with the label, to contact the applicant about its result, and to prepare release documents in the private cabinet. Signing in to the cabinet uses a login, email address, session data and service information about sign-ins. When a visitor opts in separately, information about visits to the public site is used to evaluate how it works. The data is not used for advertising mailings. The transfer of documents selected by the user to the external recognition service is described in section 2 and requires separate confirmation in the form.

4. Legal basis

An application is processed on the basis of separate consent. Cabinet data is processed to prepare and perform a contract, and to comply with legal obligations where they apply. Analytics is enabled by a separate choice of the visitor.

5. Storage and protection

Access to the data is restricted. Traffic between the browser and the Site is encrypted over HTTPS. Data is processed for the period necessary for the relevant purpose, taking into account mandatory retention periods under the law.

6. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, write to support@ruzke.ru. Requests are reviewed within the periods established by law. When consent is withdrawn, processing based on it stops unless further processing is required on another lawful basis.

7. Cookies and analytics

A session cookie supports sign-in to the private cabinet and the administrative section. The rp_analytics_v2 cookie remembers the analytics choice for 180 days. The choice can be changed with the “Cookie settings” button.

Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC) loads after the visitor ticks analytics and saves the choice. For statistics, browser identifiers, IP address, technical information about the device, the referral source and actions on the site may be processed. 8. Changes to the policy

The Operator may update the policy. The current version is always published at wrongtape.com/en/privacy with a date.
